I have a PRS singlecut guitar how can I get more tone and sharpness outta it ?

I have a MXR Wylde overdrive pedal and a Randall RG 100 amp my guitar is a Paul Reed Smith single cut with Ernie Ball titanium reinforced strings and I want more tone and a pinky sound instead of the grungy crunchy sound
