Is undertaking permitted if the traffic in the righthand lane is moving slower than the lefthand lane? (UK)?
For example if you're on a dual carriageway, and the traffic in the overtaking lane is doing 50mph is it permitted for you to undertake the vehicle in the left hand lane because he is slow moving?
