I really like this girl im dating but she isnt looking for anything serious....?

From the first time we talked on the phone she pretty much stated she wasnt looking for anything serious..she just got out of a relationship a month ago and was with the guy for like 2 years.. im not worried that she still cares for him like that because we have talked about that so to me thats not an issue..we have been hanging out alot and things are going great...when we dont hang out we talk alot on the phone..ive already met her family, been to dinners at the grandparents house etc etc.. her actions would seem as if she was leaning towards being exclusive with me but whenever we talk somehow the fact that she isnt looking for anything exclusive comes up.. to her she has been in serious relationships for awhile and says she wants to try the single gig and isnt ready for anything more.. its hard for me because i really care about her and according to her she is dating other people.. im not sure if thats 100% true or if shes just saying that to reinforce that shes not ready for
