Pregnant or not? please answer.?

my last period was October 17-21st. on November 13th I took a home pregnancy test. The test came up positive. Was it to early to actually take it. Or am I pregnant? Q2: in 2007 I suffered a miscarriage. Is it possible that if I sn pregnant I would definitely loose the baby? Thank you to everyone who answers <3
