Would you consider this prejudiced? Up in smoke? What do you think ?

I live in a small town in oklahoma,it is the creek indian capitol. Recently the tobacco store decided to stop selling a certain brand of their cigarettes to any none creek person. They said the Governor ped this law so that the tobacco store does not have to pay state tax on this brand. Do you think this is a form of prejudice. If yu were told one day when you went to buy your cigarettes that you have to be creek indian to purchase what would you do? Besides Qwitt
