Apply at National Geographic. They send you to like Darfur and other war torn countries in Africa, behind enemy lines in the middle east and all sorts of sketchy places. If you want print journalism. Television? I think it's a 'get your own show' deal. I mean submit the idea to a travel channel or Discovery channel. It'd be like Man vs Wild, but cooler. I mean it's a long shot, but think a lot of people would watch it. Like an hour long show of some random person going to scary places and reporting on the stuff that's happening there, or even just bungee jumping/hang-gliding/cliff diving/ drag racing like activities? I'd watch it. You kind of have to make a name for yourself though, but if you're a good reporter, then there are tons of agencies, like I already mentioned National Geographic, Newsweek even probably, then Discovery Channel, History Channel, Travel Channel, and all of those networks, would I'm sure, pay for you to do that.
