I have worked for a club since 12/8/04 and haven't recieved a paycheck?

Iwant to know if there is anything I can do to get paid. I've been living off my tips and savings which havs run out. I at 1 time was going with 1 of the owners, so he ask me if he could pay me later I agreed. But I have not been paid yet, and now he is taking hours from me. What can I do ?
