I'm slim,what excerise should I do in order to?
not lose weight but just build muscle and looked more toned? I'm about 110-115 pounds, I eat alot but I dont gain weight I have a high metabolism. I'm also a vegan as well, and I excerise at least 3-5 times a week doing cardio,yoga and kickboxing.
