How do you find an inmate in a Mexican Prison?

That's a tough one. Even if you were to write them whose to say they would get their letters since it seems like the prisons in Mexico aren't nearly as privileged as the U.S. prisons. I haven't been able to find any information other than the names of the prisons they were being held at during the show...who knows if they have been transferred since then. Lucy was in Centro Femenil de Readaptacion Social Santa Martha Acatitla and Scott in the Reclusorio Varonil Norte.
